1. Sales Officer
Qualifications/Skills
At
least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field. Background in
Sales & Marketing, and report writing and having a minimum of 3
years of proven experience. Proficiency in Excel and cement background
will be preferable.
Responsibilities
> Brand activation planning and execution.
> Monitoring competitor activities and report to supervisor.
> Report to be provided to supervisor of all activities.
> Coordination with sales team for planning and execution of brand activation related works.
> Finding out best practices in marketing that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
2. Admin Head
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelors with minimum of 10 years of experience in general services, administration, or facility management. Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
> Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to optimize operational efficiency.
> Collaborating with other departments to coordinate administrative support and meet organizational objectives.
> Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect the organization’s personnel, assets, and information.
> Managing security systems and technologies, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.
> Investigating security incidents, breaches, or breaches and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
> Managing administrative staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
3. MIS Officer
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably in the 2-wheeler or automotive industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
> Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including CRM systems, market reports, and internal databases.
> Assist in the development of sales forecasts and plans based on historical data, market trends, and business strategies.
> Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with organizational goals.
> Conduct regular analysis of competitor sales strategies, market share, and pricing.
> Prepare reports as and when required.
4. Laravel Developer
Qualifications/Skills
A Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in computer science, engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Laravel and React.js. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Understanding of PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
Responsibilities
> Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to bring projects to completion.
> Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
> Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
> Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
5. Service Mechanic
Qualifications/Skills
A candidate with at least a high school diploma and a minimum of three to four years of mechanical experience in two-wheelers.
Responsibilities
> Inspections of vehicles to identify any existing or potential issues.
> Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems with vehicle components or systems.
> Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles based on diagnosis and manufacturer guidelines.
> Remove and replace defective or damaged parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
> Supervise and guide overall mechanical teams for better functioning.
> Conduct tests to ensure that repairs have been completed properly and that the vehicle functions safely and efficiently.
> Troubleshooting electrical components such as ignition systems, wiring, and lighting.
